Space Channel 5: Part 2 (Dreamcast) Playthrough – NintendoComplete

A complete playthrough of Sega’s 2002 Japanese-only Dreamcast rhythm game, Space Channel 5 Part 2.

The video was recorded from a launch model Sega Dreamcast using standard RCA cables, using a burned copy of the game with an English translation patch applied.

This playthrough is not of my personal game play, but using the game’s auto play option (you can hear Ulala yell when it’s activated). While I’m pretty good at the game, I certainly can’t get consistent perfects on every section. I figured that it’s better to watch without mistakes in it, but wanted to make sure that it was clear that this is the computer playing, not me.

  1. How do you get Fuse to say "Press the A button" / "Press the B Button"?

That part is cut from the Xbox360 and PC versions.

  2. DC version of this game has perfect English mode! In the PC edition, they cut the 1st stage's "Press A when they Chu" and the 5th stage's "Hit the real one with Chu!" Up/Right/Left/Down and the last part that they sing in Japanese are in English, though.
