  1. dont buy the wireless 8bitdo controller, i bought one and i hated it. it has huge input lag and in goldeneye i was not able to use the semi auto guns very effectively due to the lag.

  2. I've always found the Nintendo 64 controller design to feel really weird no wonder their weren't a lot of fighting game the controller design wasn't ready for it that's why I stuck with the PlayStation it had better games.

  3. dear lord, you didnt know that the superpad 64 was for games that focuse on D-Pads? fo real? try playing any gameboy game on the n64 with the normal controler

  4. The reason RetroBit made the controller for the N64 so recently is because they aren't a licensed controller manufacturer, so they couldnt make them until the patent ended after 20 years.

  5. The HoriPad Mini would be great for pretty much any N64 game. Super Mario 64 and Super Smash Bros 64 especially! It wouldn't work as well on games like Dr. Mario 64, because it uses the D-pad and not the analog stick. The 1st hand you use for the D-pad would run into the hand you're using for the A and B buttons. Games for the N64 that have that same problem wouldn't be so great on the HoriPad Mini, but would be good on the normal N64 controller!

  6. Those Mad Catz controllers are really good. Some of their products are spotty, but their N64 controllers are some of the best 3rd party controllers I've ever used for a console.

  7. I had the 2 grip Superpad and the RF wireless controllers. The Superpad was for the fourth player since it was so bad and I could never use the RF wireless one because at 5 feet away it would register every 3rd button press.

  8. 2:58 I think that's the early attempt to making the 64 controller a regular looking controller to make the people stop thinking it's weird
